Product Description
A full O-type extrusion pipeline anti-corrosion production line is composed of complete functional units, including steel pipe conveying system, shot blasting pretreatment, dust removal system, pipe heating unit, electrostatic powder spraying equipment, adhesive and PE extrusion coating system, water cooling circulation system, trimming device, hydraulic and pneumatic auxiliary systems, online testing devices, and integrated electrical control system.

Steel pipes processed with O-type extrusion 2LPE / 3LPE / FBE anti-corrosion coating deliver outstanding chemical stability and strong resistance against corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, salts and oxidizing agents. The multi-layer protective structure greatly improves the environmental adaptability of steel pipelines, effectively prolongs service lifespan, and ensures stable medium transportation under complex working conditions. This advanced anti-corrosion solution is widely applied in oil and gas transmission projects, municipal water supply and drainage pipelines, and various industrial piping systems.

O-Type 3PE Extrusion Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line for Metal Pipes

Developed and optimized by Huashida’s professional technical team, the integrated 3PE steel pipe anti-corrosion production line supports high-efficiency construction of three-layer PE coating, epoxy powder coating and winding anti-corrosion processes with the assistance of a spiral conveying system. The system can accomplish diversified anti-corrosion processing operations simply by fine-tuning the inclination angle of the production line’s conveying rollers. For steel pipe foam jacket anti-corrosion and thermal insulation processing, operators can adjust the conveying rollers to a parallel layout with the production line to realize straight pipe feeding, so as to finish integral foam jacket anti-corrosion and insulation treatment. In terms of foam jacket production, the original T-shaped flat die head of the three-layer PE extruder can be replaced with an O-shaped circular die head, enabling one-step integrated molding of foam jacket insulated steel pipes.
Key process-specific accessories including forming die heads and deviation correction devices feature simple disassembly and interchangeable installation, delivering excellent operational flexibility for switching between 3PE coating and foam jacket production. The entire 3PE anti-corrosion production line can be designed and fabricated into an integrated skid-mounted structure, which greatly simplifies on-site installation, commissioning and transportation procedures. By equipping optional supporting devices such as tape winding machines, powder spraying equipment and adhesive coating machines, the production line can realize multiple processing functions including epoxy tape wrapping, epoxy powder coating and epoxy coal tar pitch cladding, fully adapting to differentiated technical requirements of various steel pipe anti-corrosion and insulation projects.
Adopting advanced electromagnetic heating technology, the production line cuts power consumption by nearly 50% compared with conventional heating and processing equipment. Its highly integrated and multi-functional design also helps clients effectively reduce overall production line investment and infrastructure construction costs.
