Production Process & Flow

1. HDPE Jacket Process Flow

A Seamless Journey from Raw Material to Final Product:

The process begins with vacuum feeding PE granules, followed by hot air drying to ensure material purity. Next, the extrusion plasticizing stage transforms the material, which is then expertly mold-shaped. Vacuum sizing ensures precision, water cooling solidifies the form, and the product is carefully pulled out. Finally, it is skillfully cut into pipes, ready for carrier laying-off.

2. PU Foaming Pre-insulated Pipe ('Pipe in Pipe')

Streamlined Step-by-Step Precision:

1. Steel Pipe Pretreatment: Meticulous surface preparation of the steel carrier pipes.

2. HDPE Outer Pipe Crafting: Creation of the robust HDPE outer protective jacket.

3. Insulation Layer Creation: The steel pipe is inserted into the HDPE casing with strategic supports. Both ends are sealed with flanges, and the assembly is moved to the foaming platform.

4. Injection & Curing: A high-pressure foaming machine injects polyurethane material. After curing, seals are removed, culminating the masterful production process.
