Insulated Pipe Foaming Machine Platform Equipment

Working Principle: Utilizing a foaming machine to carry out polyurethane foaming operations, thereby producing insulated pipes that can be directly applied in construction projects.

Our insulated pipe foaming machine platform equipment features an intelligent PLC control system, achieving fully digital and modular integrated control of the process flow. It is equipped with a color touch screen, providing an accurate, intuitive, intelligent, and stable human-machine interface. The entire injection process can be directly monitored, with parameters such as station status, pressure, output, and curing time all visible at a glance. The independent electrical control cabinet is fitted with a frequency converter for speed regulation, ensuring precision, reliability, intelligence, stability, and durability. The high-quality magnetic coupling and our independently developed metering pump magnetic coupling device are designed rationally, aesthetically pleasing, reliable in quality, free from temperature rise, and leak-proof. Additionally, the high-precision self-cleaning high-pressure mixing head is easy to operate. The high-pressure impingement mixing also ensures uniformity, leaves no residual material after use, and requires no cleaning or maintenance.

Huashida's insulated pipe foaming machine platform equipment is manufactured from high-strength materials, with a service life exceeding 700,000 cycles. It is available in four models: 220C, 300C, 500C, and 600D. New and existing customers are welcome to make inquiries and purchases.

The HDPE shell pipe is produced by vacuum calibrating method with smooth internal and external walls, long service life, good anti-corrosion insulation and mechanical performance.
